Many entrance examinations are conducted by various institutions for admission to BTech degree India after the 12th, and choosing the proper alternative for the students is rather complex.

1. JEE Mains
Candidates take the JEE Main exam in order to gain admission to famous engineering colleges such as the IIITs, NITs, and others across the country. National Testing Agency (NTA) holds the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main four times a year: in February, March, April, and May. Except for the drawing component of Paper 2 (B.Arch), which is a pen-and-paper exam, JEE Mains will be held in computer-based mode. 2. BITSAT
The Birla Institute of Technology and Science administers the BITSAT, an online university level engineering entrance exam (BITS). Candidates can receive admission to BITS Pilani's three campuses by passing the BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test). Every year, over 2 lakh people apply for this exam. The online exam lasts three hours, and the objective-based BITSAT question paper is divided into four sections: Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning, and Mathematics.

3. MET
The Manipal Academy of Higher Education administers an online entrance examination for Manipal University's engineering colleges. In essence, the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) is a university-level examination that annually attracts over 50,000 applications. After passing the MET, students can enrol in one of 16 engineering programmes. The admission exam will be conducted online and will last 150 minutes, during which time candidates will be required to answer around 90 multiple-choice questions.

4. VITEEE
Every year, over 2 lakh students take the VITEEE (VIT Engineering Admission Exam), a university-level entrance test held by VIT University. VITEEE offers around 5000 undergraduate engineering seats to qualifying applicants. The examination will be conducted online and will be objective. Applicants will have 212 hours to complete 125 questions from the Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Aptitude, and English areas.

5. SRMJEE
The SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEE) is a test administered by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology to assess students' potential. Approximately 1 lakh students apply for this admission exam each year. The entrance exam consists of 125 questions, and applicants must pass it in order to be considered for admission to SRM University.

6. COMEDK UGET
The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK UGET) is a study undertaken by the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK). The COMEDK UGET entrance test is required for admission to the BTech programmes given by the Associations of Medical, Dental, and Engineering Private Colleges in the state of Karnataka. Approximately 20,000 B.Tech seats are available for admission. The test lasts three hours and is based on the 10+2 standard's syllabus. For admission, applicants must answer 180 multiple-choice questions.

7. KIITEE

The KIITEE entrance examination is held by the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. The exam is held once a year for qualifying applicants to be admitted to the institute's four-year B.Tech programmes. KIITEE is an online examination that covers areas such as physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Applicants must acquire the required marks in order to be admitted.

8. SITEEE
SITEEE is number eight on the list. Applicants Symbiosis Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (SITEEE) is conducted by Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT)..Applicants who pass SITEEE will be awarded admission to the institute's engineering department. Admission to the BTech programme is granted to eligible individuals who pass a university-level entrance exam. The SITE Entrance Examination takes 150 minutes to complete.

9. AMUEEE 2022
AMUEEE 2022 is the ninth year of the AMUEEE. The Aligarh Muslim University Entrance Examination (AMUEEE) is a university-level entrance examination for admission to B.Tech programmes. Eligible applicants are offered admission to the university based on their merit and rank in the entrance exam. AMUEEE is a three-hour exam in which applicants must answer 150 objective-based questions in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

10. MHT CET 2022
MHT CET 2022 is number ten. The MHT CET, or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, will be held by the State Common Entrance Test Cell in Mumbai for admissions to first-year BTech programmes in Maharashtra's engineering institutes. It's a paper-and-pencil engineering entrance exam. Every year, around 4 lakh students take the MHT CET. MHT CET is open to candidates who have passed their 10+2 and are residents of Maharashtra. To prepare for the MHT CET, candidates must study the Maha HSC syllabus.

State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State
MHT CET 2022 Undergraduate course registration begins on February 10, 2022. The application form for MHT CET 2022 is now available on the official website cetcell.mahacet.org. By March 31, 2022, candidates must complete and submit the MHT CET 2022 Application Form. The State Common Entrance Test Cell has also extended the deadline for paying the MHT CET 2022 application fee by two days. This set begins on April 1, 2022, and finishes at 11:59 p.m. on April 7, 2022. The MHT CET 2022 is scheduled to take place in the second week of May 2022.

The Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination, or BEEE
Is held in Chennai by the Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER). It is a nationwide admission examination that is divided into two parts. BEEE serves as a springboard to the university's undergraduate and postgraduate engineering and architectural programmes.

BEEE will be held in both online and offline formats in May 2022 for the academic year 2022. From January 28, 2022, BEEE Application Forms will be accessible. INR 1000 is the application fee. Before applying for the programme, applicants must meet all of the eligibility requirements.

Gujarat Common Entrance Test
On January 25, 2022, the GUJCET 2022 Application Form will be available. From January 25, 2022, through February 9, 2022, eligible candidates can apply for GUJCET 2022. (Extended). The application forms will be available online at gseb.org or gujcet.gseb.org on the official website. The GUJCET 2022 exam is scheduled to take place in the first week of May 2022.

Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT), East Sikkim 
NIRF 2021 has Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) in East Sikkim placed in the 101-150 band. Sikkim Manipal University is the umbrella organisation for SMIT (SMU). Computer Applications, Information Technology, and Management are among the disciplines covered by the institute's UG and PG degree programmes. The institute's flagship courses are a 4-year B.Tech programme with seven specialties and a 2-year M.Tech programme. SMIT also offers BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA in four specialties, and an M.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, among other degrees. Vel Tech Undergraduate Engineering Entrance Examination
On December 26, 2021, the VTUEEE 2022 Application Form will be available for Phase I and Phase II. Candidates can apply online on the official website for the job by paying INR 950 as an application fee. Candidates can buy VTUEEE 2022 Application Forms at the institute campus and fill them out offline.

UPESEAT 2022 
The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) will issue the UPESEAT 2022 Application Form on November 29, 2021. Eligible students can apply for the UPESEAT Exam by registering online using their email address and phone number on the official website. Candidates who have already registered must fill out the UPESEAT 2022 Application Form with their academic and personal information.

Manipal Entrance Test (MET) (formerly MUOET)

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has launched the MET 2022 Application Form on its official website for admission to Manipal's courses in 2022. Eligible candidates can begin filling out the application form and paying the application cost on December 9, 2021. The deadline for completing the MET 2022 Application Form has not yet been set, but candidates should expect it to be in the second week of April 2022.

SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE)
SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) is conducted by SRM University for admission in to Various B. Tech programmes offered by different campuses under SRM University.

SRMJEEE 2022 Phase I Counselling begins on January 25, 2022. On the official website, srmist.edu.in, candidates can register for counselling. Between January 25 and January 26, 2022, the choice filling process will take place. Meanwhile, SRMJEEE 2022 Phase 2 registration is now open. Candidates can apply for Phase 2 of SRMJEEE 2022 until April 18, 2022. Phase 2 of the SRMJEEE 2022 exam will be held on April 23 and 24, 2022.
