Smart Achievers (“Smart Achievers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing a fair and transparent experience to all users (“User”, “you”, or “your”) who purchase products (“Products”) through our website https://smartachievers.online and any authorized offline sales channels (collectively referred to as the “Smart Achievers Platform”).
This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”), read together with our Terms & Conditions, governs the procedures related to order cancellation, product returns, replacements, and refunds.
By accessing or transacting on the Smart Achievers Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms herein, you are advised not to proceed with any purchase.
Smart Achievers reserves the right to modify this Policy from time to time. Users are encouraged to review the latest version before making a purchase.
Orders (full or partial) may be cancelled only before the shipment status becomes “Out for Delivery.”
Once an order is marked “Out for Delivery,” cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Order status can be tracked through the “My Orders” section or via the tracking link shared on email/SMS.
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately.
Upon acceptance of a valid cancellation request, the paid amount will be refunded within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Bank/payment gateway processing timelines may vary and are beyond our control.
Smart Achievers reserves the right to cancel bulk or suspicious orders at its sole discretion.
Our general policy is “Products once sold are not returnable.”
However, returns or replacements may be accepted only in the limited circumstances described below.
If the Product is physically damaged at the time of delivery, you must notify our support team within 24 hours.
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging are mandatory.
Acceptance of a tampered or damaged seal/package will automatically disqualify return eligibility.
If a Product does not function on first use within 24 hours of receipt, it may qualify as DOA.
Applicable to products that do not require professional installation (e.g., electronics, accessories, peripherals, etc.).
Return approval is subject to verification and confirmation that the Product has not been activated.
For products requiring installation/demonstration (e.g., ACs, TVs, washing machines, refrigerators, water purifiers):
DOA or defect must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Product must be installed only by authorized technicians assigned by Smart Achievers.
If the Product delivered is different from what was ordered, inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
The Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
All of the following conditions must be met:
Complaint raised within the applicable timeframe
Product unused and in original condition
Original invoice, packaging, accessories, warranty cards intact
Serial number/barcode must match our records
Combo products must be returned in full
No customer-induced damage or misuse
Smart Achievers reserves the right to verify all claims through images, videos, calls, visits, or brand-issued DOA certificates and may approve or reject the request at its sole discretion.
The following categories are non-returnable by default:
Mobile accessories (screen guards, tempered glass, protectors)
Console and PC games marked as non-returnable
Users must erase all personal data from electronic devices before return. Smart Achievers is not liable for any data misuse.
Refunds are issued only when payment has been successfully received and the return is approved.
Cancellation before shipment by Smart Achievers
Approved damaged or DOA returns where replacement is unavailable
Approved wrong-product cases where replacement is unavailable
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and verifying the returned Product.
Amount will reflect in the original payment method within 7 working days (bank timelines may vary).
No cash refunds are issued.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to Smart Achievers’ verified fault.
Smart Achievers reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet quality or verification standards.
For refunds approved by the brand after 180 days, manual refund processing may be required. Users must submit:
Cancelled cheque or bank passbook
Government-issued photo ID
If billing and bank names do not match, refund may be issued as Store Credit only.
Each order includes up to 3 free support sessions:
Audio Call: ?200 / 15 minutes
Video Call: ?300 / 15 minutes
On-site Visit (if applicable): ?1500 / 2 hours
Warranty is provided only by the manufacturer or distributor, unless stated otherwise.
Smart Achievers does not offer direct warranties.
Post-return-period issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
Returns are accepted only if installation is done by Smart Achievers’ authorized technicians.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Self-installation or third-party installation
Incorrect wiring or setup
Physical damage after installation
