This Replacement Policy outlines the circumstances under which a Product purchased from https://smartachievers.online may be eligible for replacement.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
Replacement requests are accepted only in the following limited cases:
If the Product is received in a physically damaged condition, you must notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of:
The damaged product
Outer and inner packaging
Shipping label
Acceptance of a tampered or damaged package will void replacement eligibility.
If the Product does not function upon first use:
Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Product should not be activated or misused
Applicable to products not requiring professional installation
For installation-required products, DOA must be reported within 5 days of delivery, and installation must be done only by Smart Achievers authorized technicians.
If you receive a product different from what was ordered:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
All replacement requests must meet the following conditions:
Complaint raised within the applicable timeframe
Product must be unused and in original condition
Original invoice, packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact
Serial number / barcode must match our records
Combo products must be returned in full
No customer-induced damage or misuse
Smart Achievers reserves the right to verify all replacement requests through images, videos, calls, or inspections.
The following items are not eligible for replacement, unless defective or damaged upon delivery:
Screen guards, tempered glass, and mobile accessories
Products marked as “Non-Replaceable” on the product page
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized installation
Contact Customer Support within the eligible timeframe
Share order details and required images/videos
Verification by our team
Reverse pickup arranged (if approved)
Replacement shipped after successful quality check
Replacement is subject to product availability.
If replacement is not available, a refund may be offered as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Replacement shipping is free for approved cases
If replacement is requested due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply
Replacement requests will be rejected if:
Complaint is raised after the defined timeline
Product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration
Packaging or accessories are missing
Damage occurred after delivery
Decision of Smart Achievers shall be final and binding.
