This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy"), together with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy, outlines our policies and procedures regarding shipping and delivery of Products purchased on the Smart Achievers Platform.

We provide shipping and delivery of our Products exclusively within India. We strive to offer a smooth and reliable delivery experience by partnering with reputed logistics service providers. We make all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of Products ordered from the Smart Achievers Platform.

By using the Smart Achievers Platform and/or purchasing Products from us, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you are advised not to use or transact on the Smart Achievers Platform.


2. Terms of Shipping and Delivery

We use third-party logistics partners ("Logistic Partners") to ship Products to customers. Shipping details and tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched. Smart Achievers reserves the right to deliver Products either through Logistic Partners or directly without engaging third parties.


2.1 Geographic Coverage & Unserviceable Areas

Smart Achievers sells Products and services only within India. International shipping or cross-border sales are not supported.

While we aim to deliver across most locations in India, certain pin-codes may be deemed unserviceable. Orders placed for unserviceable locations may be cancelled, and users will be notified accordingly. Availability can be checked by entering the delivery pin-code during checkout.


2.2 Shipment Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

Processing times may increase during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2.3 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.

2.4 In-Store Pickup (Ghaziabad – If Applicable)

Customers in or around Ghaziabad may opt for In-Store Pickup (if enabled during checkout). Pickup instructions and confirmation will be shared via email/SMS once the order is ready. A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at the time of pickup.


2.5 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS containing tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

While we coordinate with Logistic Partners, tracking updates are subject to the courier’s system and may occasionally experience delays.


2.6 Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Shipments

A maximum of two (2) delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to Smart Achievers. Redelivery requests may incur an additional charge of 4% of the order value or ?1000 (whichever is higher).


2.7 Delivery Acceptance

Customers must ensure accurate and complete delivery details while placing the order. Smart Achievers will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

2.9 Conduct of Delivery Personnel

Delivery is managed by third-party courier partners. Smart Achievers does not control the behavior or conduct of delivery personnel and shall not be liable for any disputes arising between users and delivery agents.


2.10 Damages During Shipping

Once dispatched, responsibility for shipment lies with the courier partner. If you receive a damaged package:

2.11 Return Shipping

Approved returns are collected via reverse-logistics partners. All returns and exchanges are processed strictly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
