However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or seek a refund for the services rendered. Please read our policy carefully.
- All enrollments in our tuition classes for Class 9th - 12th and JEE & NEET competitive classes are considered final upon registration.
-Once enrolled, the student will have access to course materials, resources, and instructor-led sessions as per the selected package.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@smartachievers.in
- Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
- If cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancellation is requested after 7 days of enrollment but before the start of the course, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Course materials, including textbooks, study guides, and online resources, are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or distributed.
- Any physical study material provided must be returned in its original condition for a refund to be processed.
- In the event that SmartAchievers Learning Private Limited discontinues a course or service for any reason, enrolled students will be notified promptly.
- Refunds for discontinued services will be issued on a pro-rata basis for the remaining duration of the course.
- Exceptions to this policy may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of SmartAchievers Learning Private Limited management.
