Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Eligible Candidates Must:

• Be between 21 and 24 years old as of the application deadline.

• Be unemployed and not enrolled in any full-time education.

• Have completed at least Class 10, Class 12, or hold a degree/diploma such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Pharma, etc.

Not Eligible If:

• Below 21 or above 24 years of age.

• Currently studying or working full-time.

• Graduated from IITs, IIMs, NITs, IIITs, NLUs, NIDs, or similar institutions.

• Hold qualifications like CA, CMA, CS, MBA, MBBS, BDS, PhD, or a master’s degree.

• Are part of any government-sponsored internship, skill, or apprenticeship programme.

• Already completed training under NATS or NAPS.

• Have a family income exceeding Rs 8 lakh per annum for FY 2023–24.

• Have any family member (self, parent, or spouse) in a permanent government role.

• Are foreign nationals.
