Government Medical College (GMC), Handwara, Jammu & Kashmir, is one of the newly approved government medical colleges under the central government scheme to expand medical education across India. Affiliated with the University of Kashmir and recognized by the National Medical Commission, GMC Handwara has been established to enhance healthcare facilities in North Kashmir while offering MBBS education to aspiring students.
