The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Common University Entrance Test (Undergraduate) 2026 syllabus on its portal cuet.nta.nic.in, along with an important advisory for candidates planning to appear for the national-level exam.
The subject-wise syllabus, which remains largely unchanged and covers 37 subjects including 13 languages, 23 domain subjects and a General Test, is now available for download in PDF format on the official CUET website. Aspirants are advised to review the syllabus thoroughly and begin preparation accordingly.
In its advisory, the NTA has also detailed key aspects such as the exam pattern, eligibility criteria and information on participating central and other universities, urging candidates to refer only to official updates from cuet.nta.nic.in to avoid misinformation.
CUET UG 2026 is expected to be held in May 2026 in computer-based test (CBT) mode, offering admission to undergraduate programmes across various central, state, deemed and private universities nationwide.
Prospective candidates should regularly check the official website for latest announcements on application dates, exam schedules, admit cards and other related instructions as these details will be published only through official channels.
