Reporting and Admission Schedule
Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 will need to report to their respective institutes between September 5 and September 12, 2025. Following this, the verification of joined candidates’ data by AACCC, NCISM, and NCH will take place from September 13 to September 14, 2025.
The counselling process will be conducted in four rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and the Stray Vacancy Rounds (SVR-I & II). Any vacant seats after Round 3 will be filled through the online SVR rounds.
