In the following circuit, the magnitude of current $I_{1},$ is _______ A. [2023]

Junction law at A,

$\frac{x - (y + 5)}{1} + \frac{x - 2}{2} + \frac{x - 0}{2} = 0$ ...(i)

Junction law at B,

$\frac{y + 5 - x}{1} + \frac{y - 0}{1} + \frac{y - 2}{1} = 0$ ...(ii)

On solving equation (i) and equation (ii),

$x = 3 and y = 0$

$At D junction, I_{1} = i_{1} + i_{2}$

$I_{1} = \frac{y - 0}{1} + \frac{x - 0}{2} = \frac{0 - 0}{1} + \frac{3 - 0}{2}$

$\Rightarrow I_{1} = 1.5 A$
