$∴$ $a + 18 d = 0,$ where $a$ be the first term and $d$ be common difference of A.P.

$Now, \frac{49^{th} term}{29^{th} term} = \frac{a + 48 d}{a + 28 d} = \frac{a + 18 d + 30 d}{a + 18 d + 10 d} = \frac{3}{1}$
