Rohit is standing at the top of a building and observes a car at an angle of depression of $30 degree$ as it approaches the base of the building at a uniform speed. 6 seconds later, the angle of depression increases to $60 degree$ , and at that moment, the car is 25 m away from the building.

Based on the above information, answer the following questions:

(ii) What is the distance between the two positions of the car

1 $50 m$

2 $- 50 m$

$I n ∆ A B D : t a n 30 ° = \frac{A B}{B D} \frac{1}{\sqrt{3}} = \frac{25 \sqrt{3}}{B D} \Rightarrow B D = 75 m Distance between the two positions of the car : BD - BC = 75 - 25 = 50 m$
