Numbers greater than 40000 and divisible by 5 can be formed using digits 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 in the following ways:

                       Number of ways

7 _ _ _ 5 4 × 3 × 2 × 2 = 48
9 _ _ _ 0  
9 _ _ _ 5 4 × 3 × 2 × 2 = 48

 

Total number of ways = 24 + 48 + 48 = 120
