Assertion (A): Length of diagonal of a cube of side 7 cm is 73cm.

Reason (R): Length of diagonal of a cube of edge xunit=x3units.
1 Both Assertion (A) and Reason (R) are true and Reason (R) is the correct explanation of Assertion (A).  
2 Both Assertion (A) and Reason (R) are true but Reason (R) is not the correct explanation of Assertion (A)  
3 Assertion (A) is true but Reason (R) is false  
4 Assertion (A) is false but Reason (R) is true.

We have side of a cube, a=7 cm.

∴Length of the diagonal of a cube=3a=3×7=73 cm∴Assertion (A) is true but Reason (R) is false.∴Option (c) is correct.
