(40)    $Initial velocity = u = 72 km / h = 20 m / s$

$v = u + a t$

   $\Rightarrow 0 = 20 + a \times 4$

$\Rightarrow a = - 5 {m / s}^{2}$

$Now, v^{2} = u^{2} + 2 a s$

$\Rightarrow 0 = 400 - 10 x$
