Program Overview

One Academic Plan for Boards, JEE Main and JEE Advanced

The program combines school-aligned learning, competitive-exam depth, planned revision, testing and personal academic oversight inside one two-year calendar.

Class 11 begins with a diagnostic assessment and prerequisite review. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics then progress through NCERT and Board milestones while JEE-level application is introduced chapter by chapter.

Class 12 completes the entrance syllabus by October, followed by Board writing practice, JEE Main full-syllabus testing and a post-Board JEE Advanced revision cycle.

  • Coordinated Curriculum: School, Board and JEE milestones follow one published academic calendar.
  • Mentor-Led Execution: A named mentor reviews attendance, testing, assignment completion and study priorities.
  • Level-Appropriate Support: Recovery, core and advanced pathways adjust practice and support to the student’s current level.
  • Parent Progress Visibility: Families receive a four-week progress report with risks, actions and the next review date.

01

Baseline Diagnostic and Goal Plan

A 90-minute diagnostic, student interview and school-context review establish the starting level, target band and prerequisite gaps.

02

Named Mentor Assignment

A mentor is assigned within two working days. The sample mentor capacity is limited to 40 students.

03

Four-Week Academic Review

A 30-minute one-to-one review covers attendance, test trend, assignment completion, doubts and the next four-week study plan.

04

Performance-Based Intervention

Attendance below 85%, a test average below 55%, three incomplete assignments activates a recovery review.

Assessment System

Assessment and Performance Tracking

Testing measures concept mastery, written accuracy, speed and repeat errors, then converts the findings into a specific academic action.

Chapter and Cumulative Tests

Chapter tests run every week and cumulative tests in August, December & January with JEE and Board formats clearly separated.

The weekly plan combines NCERT and Board answer-writing with JEE concept classes and problem practice. Class 11 receives 18 guided hours each week, while school-examination periods shift selected sessions toward Board-format revision without stopping cumulative JEE practice.

Yes. A mentor is assigned within two working days of enrollment. The sample operating standard provides one formal review every four weeks, with additional intervention meetings when attendance, test performance or assignment completion falls below the defined threshold.

The classroom batch cap shown in this template is 36 students. The live-online cohort cap is 45 students, while recovery laboratories are limited to 16 students. New admissions move to a waitlist once the applicable cap is reached.

A recovery review begins when attendance falls below 85%, the four-week test average falls below 55%, three assignments remain incomplete, or performance declines by more than 10 percentage points. The mentor then creates a three-week recovery plan and schedules a follow-up assessment.

Chapter tests are held every two weeks, cumulative tests every four weeks, Board-format written tests every six weeks, and full-syllabus tests begin after syllabus completion. Major test reports are released within 72 hours.

The sample fee structure offers three installments. SAISAT merit scholarships range from 10% to 40% of tuition, with separate sibling and need-based support subject to the published eligibility and approval rules.

Yes. The sample program includes classroom cohorts at Indirapuram and Vaishali, a live-online cohort, and a hybrid option combining three classroom sessions with online revision, recordings, testing and mentor reviews.
