Government Medical College, Medak (GMC Medak) is one of the newer government medical institutions in Telangana, designed to increase access to medical education in the Medak region. It is located in Pillikotyal, Medak District. The college has recently secured its Letter of Permission (LOP) from the National Medical Commission and is now beginning its operations with MBBS seats.

Though still in early phases, GMC Medak promises to build modern infrastructure, a teaching hospital, and academic strength over time.

Admission Process

• Admission is based on NEET-UG.

• After the NEET result, candidates must participate in KNRUHS (Telangana) counselling for state quota seats, and MCC counselling for the 15% AIQ seats.
