Mathematics Faculty

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Mathematics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction, strengthening students’ conceptual clarity, and preparing them for board and competitive examinations. The candidate should possess strong subject expertise and a passion for mentoring students toward academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured Mathematics lectures for assigned classes (JEE/School).

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and test papers aligned with the syllabus.

Teach core Mathematics topics including Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, and Statistics with conceptual clarity.

Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and mock examinations to track student progress.

Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual academic guidance.

Monitor and evaluate student performance; provide constructive feedback to students and parents when required.

Create an interactive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages logical thinking.

Stay updated with curriculum changes, exam patterns, and modern teaching methodologies.

Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities.

Requirements:

B.Tech. / Master’s degree in Mathematics.

Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience (experience in JEE/competitive exam coaching preferred).

Strong command over advanced mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.

Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.

Good communication and presentation abilities.

Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart boards, and online platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in JEE (Main & Advanced) and Board preparation.

Ability to create high-quality question banks and practice materials.

Strong classroom management skills.
