Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction, improving students’ communication skills, and preparing them for school examinations as well as competitive exams. The candidate should have a strong command of the English language and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lectures for assigned classes (School / Competitive Exams).

  • Teach grammar, literature, comprehension, and spoken English skills.

  • Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and test papers as per the syllabus.

  • Improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities.

  • Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and mock exams to evaluate student performance.

  • Provide doubt-clearing sessions and personalized academic support.

  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents when required.

  • Maintain discipline and create a positive and interactive classroom environment.

  • Stay updated with curriculum changes and modern teaching methodologies.

  • Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English or related field

  • B.Ed (preferred for school teaching roles)

  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply)

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively

  • Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and online platforms

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in school / competitive exam coaching

  • Strong grammar and vocabulary teaching skills

  • Ability to prepare high-quality study materials and worksheets

  • Good classroom management skills

  • Student-focused and mentoring approach
