Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all academic, administrative, and operational documents.
Ensure proper document version control, filing, and record-keeping systems.
Organize digital and physical records for easy retrieval and reference.
Track document revisions, approvals, and updates systematically.
Coordinate with departments for timely submission and documentation compliance.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
Prepare reports related to document status, tracking, and archiving.
Assist in preparing official correspondence, reports, and compliance documentation.
Maintain backup of important digital records and ensure data integrity.
Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
Implement document control procedures and standard operating practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in document control or administrative support (education sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication and coordination skills.
