Biology Faculty

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Biology instruction, developing strong conceptual understanding, and preparing students for board and competitive examinations such as NEET. The candidate should be committed to academic excellence and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured Biology lectures for assigned classes (NEET / School).

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and test papers aligned with the syllabus.

Teach core Biology subjects including Botany and Zoology with clarity and application-based understanding.

Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and mock examinations to monitor student progress.

Provide doubt-clearing sessions and personalized academic guidance.

Track and evaluate student performance; provide constructive feedback to students and parents when required.

Create an interactive, disciplined, and positive classroom environment.

Guide students in diagram-based learning, labeling, and concept retention techniques.

Stay updated with curriculum changes, NEET/Board exam patterns, and modern teaching methodologies.

Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.

Supervise and ensure safe conduct of laboratory sessions (if applicable).

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Biology / Botany / Zoology / Life Sciences.

Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience (NEET coaching experience preferred).

Strong command over Botany and Zoology concepts.

Excellent explanation skills with focus on conceptual clarity and memory techniques.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart boards, and online learning platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in NEET and Board exam preparation.

Ability to prepare high-quality MCQs and practice materials.

Strong diagrammatic teaching and visualization skills.
