Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Physics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics instruction, preparing students for competitive examinations/board exams, and fostering a strong conceptual understanding of the subject. The candidate should be committed to academic excellence and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective Physics lectures for assigned classes (JEE/NEET/School).
Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and test papers aligned with the syllabus.
Explain complex Physics concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and mock exams to evaluate student performance.
Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual academic support to students.
Monitor and track student progress; provide feedback to students and parents when required.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Stay updated with curriculum changes, exam patterns, and modern teaching methodologies.
Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.
Requirements:
B.Tech. / Master’s degree in physics.
Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience (experience in competitive exam coaching preferred).
Strong subject knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to simplify complex numerical and theoretical concepts.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart boards, and online platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in JEE/NEET/Board exam coaching.
Ability to prepare high-quality study materials and question banks.
Strong classroom management skills.
Student-focused approach with mentoring mindset.
