Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, student admissions, and overall organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to manage both digital and offline campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and admissions.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Oversee offline marketing activities such as events, seminars, school visits, and promotional campaigns.
Manage and guide the marketing, design, and content teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand outreach.
Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for campaign planning and promotions.
Handle vendor relationships including advertising agencies, printers, and media partners.
Prepare marketing reports, performance dashboards, and growth projections.
Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in marketing (education sector experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools.
