Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.

Provide technical support to academic and administrative staff.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

Manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

Maintain data backup systems and ensure data security protocols are followed.

Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and required applications.

Support smart classrooms, projectors, biometric systems, and CCTV systems.

Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.

Maintain IT inventory and documentation of assets.

Assist in website updates and basic technical troubleshooting when required.

Ensure cybersecurity practices and compliance with IT policies.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Windows, basic server management, and networking concepts.

Basic understanding of data backup and cybersecurity practices.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to technical issues.


Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing IT systems in schools or coaching institutes.

Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, and smart classroom setups.

Basic knowledge of website management and hosting.

Familiarity with cloud services and remote support tools.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
