Chemistry Faculty

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Chemistry instruction, building strong conceptual foundations, and preparing students for board and competitive examinations. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and committed to student academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured Chemistry lectures for assigned classes (JEE/NEET/School).

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and test papers aligned with the syllabus.

Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with conceptual clarity and application-based approach.

Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and mock examinations to evaluate student performance.

Provide doubt-clearing sessions and personalized academic guidance.

Monitor student progress and provide performance feedback to students and parents when required.

Create a disciplined, interactive, and positive classroom environment.

Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam patterns, and new teaching methodologies.

Participate in academic planning, meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.

Ensure proper handling of laboratory sessions (if applicable) with safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

B.Tech. / Master’s degree in Chemistry.

Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience (experience in JEE/NEET coaching preferred).

Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.

Excellent problem-solving and numerical skills.

Good communication and presentation abilities.

Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart boards, and online learning platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in JEE, NEET or Board preparation.

Ability to design high-quality question banks and practice materials.

Strong laboratory management and safety awareness (for schools).

Student-centric teaching approach with mentoring mindset.
