Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth, generate leads, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting admission growth and revenue targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and digital channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, parents, and partners.

Promote institutional programs, courses, and services to prospective students and stakeholders.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/revenue targets.

Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities in schools and public forums.

Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.

Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to support promotional campaigns.

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and lead conversion analysis.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or admissions (education sector preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Target-driven approach with proven ability to achieve goals.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Willingness to travel for field visits and promotional activities.

Experience in admissions counseling or student recruitment.

Strong network with schools and educational institutions.

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
