Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve organizational targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, building client relationships, and ensuring consistent admission/revenue growth. The candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/admissions team to maximize performance.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast revenue projections.
Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for campaign execution.
Review and approve quotations, proposals, and major client communications.
Handle escalations, negotiations, and high-value client interactions.
Ensure proper usage and management of CRM systems.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in sales management (education sector experience preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
